Early Days

Well as you can see its in a Garage, actually its my Mates Dads Garage afterall he did the Welding bit as I have enuf trouble wiv a solderin iron.
No Jig,well we used a Steel Lintel from a Building Site, why coz it was cheap and Brand New that made life easier.
Just kinda Chocked up the Motor to the right Height and then took the Tyres off the Wheels after attaching the front end onto the the wheel and Centering everything all that happened next was to weld sum small plates onto the lintel to hold the wheel straight and then Strap the lot down to stop it moving about.did the Same with the rear.Course it sounds really Easy well it is Actually but you do need to measure everything at least 3 times just to be sure afterall you don't wan't a wonky Frame.Straight Edges
and Magnetic spirit Levels and Plumb Lines were used to make life easier and of course a Steel Rule helps +good old Fashioned "er does this look rite" Questions helped aswell.Being Hungover or Stoned doesn't so have a reasonably Straight Head on when U start Ok.

So her we have the Chop in its Bare Metal Stage all the major Bits are Attached and Everything has been checked an Double checked just to make sure they still fit :-) The Actual Frame took about 4 weeks to Build working Part Time on it and after that was Done the Wheels were Polished (sumtimes wish i hadn't though coz there a b'stard to keep clean)as i already new wot colour i wanted and i needed sumthin to balance the Colour with as an all black Bike may look wicked but its bluddy hard to make em look good
