Ok so on the Saturday My Bruvver turns up an we move everything into to the Tent to Build it up.....well we should have but.......there was a slight Problem well 2 actually 1 we Crushed the Oil Cooler when we Put the engine down (D'oh!!!)2 well there was a Bolt stuck and this had to be removed of course it was easy to remove it only took 5 Hours an 18 drill bits!!!!!
So by then it was Dark I was well Pissed Off an nuthink got done till the next day. Well poor ol me had to do it all on my Own as everyone else was busy so I Layed the Engine on its side and dropped the Frame over the Motor an Volia !!! it was fitted(Ok it wern't that easy its a B'stard fittin motors in frames on yer own an wot wiv new paint an no paitence I Chipped the Frame in a FEW Places but it did go in.Eventually)so after putting in a few bolts to stop it all fallin to bits again I Uprighted it and fitted the rear Wheel next.That went in after 3 Attempts"now then wheres this bluddy spacer go"the front end was a lot easier all i had to do was fit the New Steering Head bearings an that was it well apart from doing up the bolts an fukin up the sender unit for the Pushbike Speedo that is ho well.

As you can see its a Bit Muddy in here well we did have this Fuggin Heavy Thuderstorm an wot wiv the Garden not being that level it kinda got wet .

At this Stage I'd built all the brake Lines up an Bled Everyhing the Rear Brake was a Complete B'stard though and took 3 Days on its own still I got the eventually (fuggin air leaks an Bubbles)due to the Postion of the Slave cylinder

Those Seats were done by a Bloke Called "John the Saddleman" and he must have the paitence of a Saint as i'd told him how I wanted it an he Phoned to say its done but "looks kinda weird" he was rite an i let him redo it to his own spec and admitted that i'd fuked up yet again
